Returns Policy

If you change your mind, you may return your watch within 30 days of purchase. Returns will only be accepted when the watch, box and papers are returned in as-new condition.

A restocking fee of 5% of the value of the watch will be charged.

Warranty

Your watch warranty covers your timepiece in the unlikely event of manufacturing defects affecting the functionality of your watch from 12 months of purchase.

Before submitting your warranty claim, please contact our customer support team to see if we can solve your problem.

Warranty claims require a proof of purchase, including watches that have been gifted.

This does not cover:

The crystal
Accidental damage, scratches, scuffs and other wear-and-tear
Lost components (such as crown, spring bars, links)

Your warranty is voided if the watch has been opened or repaired by a third-party.

Never shower with your watch on.
